While everyone is looking at the problems of non-development, who is busy changing the context so that these “problems” no longer have any reason to exist? For Couleurs d’Ayiti, only a sense of mutual dignity can foster international solidarity.
Problems don’t exist. There are only dysfunctional and unsuitable contexts. Change the context, and the “problem” disappears.
